I have just recently retained Ms. Obioha and she and her assistant have been very professional and communicative with me. I definitely feel that I chose the right attorney for my case. I look forward to our continued work together.
A couple of years ago, I decided to file the I-130 for my mother so we can be reunited in the U.S. The application process seemed easy and straight forward so I decided to proceed without attorney assistance. My mum and I filled and submitted all the necessary forms and paid the required fees. Few months later, her application got pre-approved and her case was then transferred to the US consulate in Nigeria for further processing/visa issuance.
Unfortunately, on her interview day, her visa wasn’t issued due to some legal issues that were unknown to us at the time. We didn’t know what to do or the next steps to take. My family was saddened and disappointed by the news. Her application was on stand still for about a year. We exhausted all options during that period but to no avail. It even got to a point I began to feel like her application was as good as dead.
In March 2017, a close friend suggested I reached out to Ral Obioha for legal advice. At first, I was hesitant and doubtful. My mother's application at that point seemed so complicated and I just didn’t think anyone would be able to help. Reluctantly, I decided to give her a call and we spoke for about 45mins. She sounded positive, confident, and assured me that she could turn things around despite the seeming complications.
After the called ended, I was really impressed by the way she went to work right away making phone calls, setting up meetings, and putting together legal documents to support my mother's case, etc. She showed both a sense of ownership and dedication. The application progressed at a good a pace and she was always updating me on a daily basis on progress and next steps. In a nut shell, she treated my case as someone would have done for their own parent.
Two weeks into handling the case, Ral Obioha was able to put together all legal documents supporting my mother case. We submitted them to the US consulate in Nigeria via mail. Seven days later, my mother's visa was eventually approved thanks to the excellent work Ral Obioha put in. She took on a complicated case that was dead in the water and then brought it back to life. Anyone seeking a lawyer who will be dedicated to your case and has an excellent knowledge of US immigration process should hire Ral Obioha. She definitely comes with my strong recommendations. I am glad I was introduced to her.
I only had discussions with Ral about getting an American green card for my husband. We ended up deciding not to move to America, but she was very helpful and knowledgeable and was very responsive to all of my questions and inquiries. Once we're ready to go to the US we will definitely be using her!
I recently hired Ms. Obioha to handle an Adjustment of Status application for me. My wife and I had a deadline based on the order from the immigration judge. She responded past work hours and within 24 hours everything was done and perfectly too. Her and team are so easy to work with and stay calm even under pressure. They treated my case as if it were theirs. This is my first experience with a lawyer this genuine. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a lawyer.

I went shopping for a qualified attorney to assist me and my spouse acquire a green card through the dv lottery with a pending asylum case. After talking and interacting with Ral since May 2018, I feel I've found the right person to handle our caae. She's just been awesome throughout the filing process. We now await our interview date. Let's see what happens.
So far Ral has been amazing working with my case! She has been answering all of my questions right away, no matter when I text her. She really seems that she knows what she’s doing and I have complete confidence that she will help me and same sex partner get our visa. I have no complaints as of now and am happy that I have someone to help with all of my needs and questions through this whole process. I would definitely recommend her!
Met Ral Obioha after entering a search on Thumbtack. I was looking for an immigration lawyer to help me after my fiancé was turned down at the embassy and I was happy that I began getting phone calls soon after completing the request.
I took a few calls and and emails and had some options. I was trying to decide on some appointment times when the phone rang again and it was Ral. We talked, I went in to see her, and she went to work on my petition.
I'm beyond pleased with how the process went. Ral seemed to work tirelessly and kept me moving with checklists, keeping me on track, and accommodating my busy work schedule. Our meetings felt more like two friends talking rather than an attorney and client. Ral listens intently and forgets nothing. I found her brilliant and the work she did, the package she put together for my waiver petition, was impressive.
I'm absolutely satisfied that she put forth an excellent case for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for anyone needing help with an immigration case.
Ral is God sent. She was a beacon of hope to me at a time when my options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible. Ral, fought through for me. I am eternally grateful. She is passionate about her work. Her empathetic manner was encouraging and a support for me. She is very detailed and does not fail to communicate whenever there is a progress on my case. Thank you, Ral.
